CONNAUGHT HOUSE

Connaught House is an extra care housing scheme built in 1995 with 38 one or 2-bedroom self-contained flats for rent.  All our properties have a lounge, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and alarm call system.

The scheme is close to Loughborough town centre and has on-site care and support staff (24 hours, 7 days a week) managed by Diamond Home Care as well as non-resident management staff.

Extra Care Housing – Care & Support – communal facilities include a lift, dining area, lounges, laundry, large garden, conservatory, activities room, hairdressing, guest room and library.

Our residents are predominantly over 55 years of age, but we also welcome younger people with a disability. Our vision is to help everyone to live a full and independent life.

Connaught House is owned and managed by Places for People.
