Workforce development is at the heart of our HR operations at Diamond Home Care, ensuring a well-trained, confident, capable team that delivers outstanding care outcomes to our service users. At Diamond Home Care, as a minimum, all of our care staff receive a full induction training programme consisting of the following:

Furthermore, specialised training will be received to support individuals in line with their specific requirements and assessed care needs.

All colleagues at Diamond Home Care are required to be ‘signed off’ as competent through field observation. Care staff have a continuing programme of field observations, regular supervision with their Line Managers, annual appraisals & training updates to ensure that they are fully supported to carry out their roles effectively & in line with the latest best practice &  national guidelines.
